Nirasha is a University of East London graduate and has been a State Registered Podiatrist since 2009. With over 15 years of dedicated experience within the NHS, she has specialised in diabetic foot care, developing extensive expertise as a Diabetic Specialist Podiatrist. Throughout her career, she has gained advanced skills in biomechanical assessment and the prescription of custom-moulded Thermoshell orthotics, earning a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Alongside her NHS career, Nirasha has extensive experience working across a variety of private podiatry clinics, including Shuropody, where she further developed her expertise in treating a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions. This combination of NHS and private practice experience enables her to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each patient's individual needs.

In addition to her podiatry qualifications, Nirasha is a qualified Reflexologist, having trained at the Middlesex School for Complementary Therapy. Her holistic approach to healthcare allows her to combine evidence-based podiatry with complementary therapies to support her patients' overall wellbeing.

Nirasha is the founder and owner of Healthy Heel Podiatry Services, based in Watford, where she provides a comprehensive range of podiatry treatments. She has particular expertise in nail surgery, verruca needling, and biomechanical assessment, offering effective solutions for complex foot conditions with a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for her patients.

Committed to continuous professional development, Nirasha is currently undertaking advanced training in steroid injection therapy to further expand the range of treatments she can offer. She remains passionate about delivering the highest standard of care while staying at the forefront of developments in podiatric medicine.

Misbah is a dedicated Foot Health Care Practitioner with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred foot care. She works within the NHS in Luton while also providing care through Healthy Heel, supporting patients with a wide range of foot health needs.

Currently in the final year of her podiatry degree, Misbah is completing her clinical internship with the Luton NHS, where she continues to develop her clinical knowledge and practical skills under the supervision of experienced podiatrists. She has a particular interest in diabetic foot care and is gaining valuable experience in the assessment, prevention, and management of diabetes-related foot complications.

Misbah previously completed a BSc (Hons) in Neuroscience, providing her with a strong foundation in human anatomy, physiology, and neurological function. Building on this academic background, she has continued to expand her knowledge by exploring foot biomechanics and mechanics, developing a deeper understanding of how movement, gait, and lower limb function influence overall foot health. This multidisciplinary perspective enhances her ability to assess patients comprehensively and deliver evidence-informed care.

In addition to her foot health qualifications, Misbah is a trained Reflexologist, enabling her to take a holistic approach to patient wellbeing where appropriate. She is committed to lifelong learning and evidence-based practice, ensuring every patient receives safe, compassionate, and effective care.
